ARISE - St Martin's Children's Church
Birth to Grade 5
Sundays during our 9am Family Service
We, at St. Martin’s Church, pray that each and every child, would experience the love of Jesus Christ through the relationships which they form with those whom they come in contact with. As a family-based church, we value the importance of providing our families with strong encouragement and support, whilst also recognising that the responsibility of Christian education belongs to the family.
We are committed to providing Jesus Christ’s examples of love and acceptance to the children whom we minister to. We are dedicated to providing Biblical teachings which are aimed at allowing our children to grow in their love and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Through evangelism, we are inspired to provide opportunities for our children to accept Jesus Christ as their Saviour and we encourage them to go out into the world and share their faith with their family, friends and others whom they come in contact with.
Spend time with a child, today, teaching them about the bible
so that they can reach their community tomorrow
and impact their world for a lifetime.
‘ARISE, SHINE, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is upon you.’

Grade R to Grade 5. Fridays 5-6:30pm (during the School Term)
‘Shine’ is our Friday evening programme which caters for all children (from Grade R to Grade 5). The programme runs from 5-6:30pm during the School Term only and allows children to interact with one another in a fun and safe environment, whilst participating in age-appropriate tasks and games, all based on good-old Christian values.
We love Jesus. We love life. We love to have fun. Put this altogether and you have our awesome experience on Sunday mornings! From 9am-10:30am come meet new and old friends. Come and listen to good music and enjoy whacky fun! And we leave you with a thought about Jesus, our incredible friend and Saviour.
Students @ St Martin's
If you find yourself out of school or in the twenty something age gap and want a place where you can connect with other students, learn about how incredible Jesus really is, drink delicious cappucinos and laugh at bizarre jokes, then this is the place for you to be on Wednesdays from 7:30-9:00pm in the Hall.
We believe that Jesus is about so much more than just our church attendance and Bible reading. He is about life and giving it to us in the full. We watch movies together, chill at the pub, go watch soccer (and other sports); have breakfast together and other cool activities and shenanigans!
